Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to connect with prospective customers, introduce our services, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce and explain the company's products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through phone conversations.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily call reports.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Good listening and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility
- Any Degree (BA, B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc, MBA, or equivalent)
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with telecalling, customer support, sales, or marketing experience will have an added advantage.
