We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our real estate team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence, engage with potential clients, and generate leads for property listings and agent services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and the real estate market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, )
- Create compelling and engaging content, including property showcase videos, virtual tours, agent spotlights, market updates, community features, and client testimonials.
- Manage and optimize social media profiles and pages to ensure brand consistency and maximum reach.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and engagement opportunities.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Run paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to promote listings, generate leads, and drive website traffic.
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance, identify insights, and adjust strategies for improved results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the real estate industry.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and marketing team members to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
- Assist in creating and managing online reputation management strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate-related content.
- Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for graphic design and video editing.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends, terminology, and client demographics.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Real estate license is a plus, but not required.
