Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: MBBS and MD/MS/DNB in Anatomy.
- Experience:
- NMC Norms: Often requires a minimum of 4–8 years of experience as an Assistant Professor, depending on specific regulatory updates.
- Alternative Experience: Some positions allow a combination of 5 years as an Assistant Professor/Lecturer in a recognized medical college.
- Research & Publications: Minimum of two research publications in Index Medicus/national journals.
- Registration: Registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.
- Special Requirements: Experience in teaching MBBS and postgraduate students (MD/MS Anatomy) and conducting research is essential.
