The Production Chef is responsible for planning, preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality food products while ensuring consistency, efficiency, food safety, and cost control. The role involves supervising food production activities, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the achievement of organizational objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesFood Production
- Prepare, cook, and present food according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, appearance, and presentation.
- Coordinate daily food production activities to meet operational requirements.
- Monitor food preparation processes to ensure timely service delivery.
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in food production or commercial kitchen operations.
- Experience in high-volume food production is preferred.
- Professional culinary certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen operations.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
