Center Head
Location: Kudoz International Preschool, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad

Kudoz International Preschool is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Center Head to lead the academic, operational, and business functions of the preschool. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in admissions, parent counseling, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool and ensure smooth functioning of the center.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the teaching and administrative staff.
- Drive admissions, inquiries, counseling, follow-ups, and conversion targets.
- Conduct parent counseling sessions and effectively communicate the school's curriculum, facilities, and value proposition.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase admissions, retention, and overall center growth.
- Maintain high standards of academic excellence, child safety, and parent satisfaction.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective parents.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, school events, and community outreach programs to generate leads.
- Monitor admission funnels, inquiry databases, conversion ratios, and enrollment targets.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Manage budgets, resources, and center administration effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Education, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- B.Ed., ECCE, NTT, or relevant educational qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role within a preschool, school, or educational institution.
- Experience in admissions counseling, business development, or center management will be highly preferred.
