Job Summary:
We are looking for a 2-5 experience with a background in Mechanical Engineering who has strong knowledge of Mechanical components and an interest in inspection and documentation.Responsibilities:1) Conduct dimensional, visual, and functional inspections of mechanical components, assemblies, and products as per drawings, specifications, and standards.
2)Use measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators etc.
3)Perform incoming inspection.
4)Verify welding, machining, fabrication, and surface finish requirements.
5) Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation.
6)Report non-conformities (NCR) and ensure proper documentation of deviations.
7)Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments used in inspectionMust have skills:

Hands-on experience in inspection

Basic knowledge on ERP
-
Knowledge of SCAR
-
Defects identification, RCCA
-
Knowledge on MRB process.

Handling of basic Instruments like Vernier, micrometer, height gauge, bevel protractor, bore gauge etc.
Basic Requirement (education & relevant experience):

Diploma in Mechanical with 2-5 Years experience.
