Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, well-spoken, and results-driven Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospects over the phone, understand their needs, present our products/services, and drive conversions or schedule appointments.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling or follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Product Pitching: Clearly explain the features, advantages, and benefits of our products/services to prospects.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify customer needs, answer their queries, and qualify potential leads for the sales team.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calls, customer feedback, and sales statuses in the CRM software.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, or sales conversions.
- Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-up calls with hesitant prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
