We are hiring an experienced HR Manager for a leading automobile organization. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and supporting business objectives through effective people management.

- Employee relations, engagement & grievance handling
- Recruitment, onboarding & manpower planning
- Payroll, attendance & statutory coordination
- HR policies, compliance & labor law adherence
- Performance management & appraisal support
- Training & development coordination
- HR documentation, MIS & reporting
Requirements
- MBA / MSW in Human Resources or related qualification
- Min. 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labour laws & HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office / HR software
- Strategic thinking and decision-making ability.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹38,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
