Job Summary
The Multimedia Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing high-quality visual, multimedia, and digital marketing content that supports Sewa's fundraising, programs, advocacy, events, and organizational communications. The role drives digital marketing campaigns, develops engaging social media content, creates impactful multimedia assets, and ensures the consistent application of Sewa's brand guidelines across all communications. Working closely with the Marketing Team, Program Teams, Chapter Teams, and other stakeholders, the incumbent delivers creative, timely, and effective marketing solutions that strengthen organizational visibility, engagement, and impact.
Key Deliverables
1. Creative Design & Multimedia Assets
- Design and deliver high-quality print and digital marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, standees, presentations, annual reports, newsletters, booklets, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Produce and edit videos, reels, podcasts, promotional films, event highlights, testimonials, and other multimedia content.
- Develop creative assets for websites, presentations, email marketing, and other digital communication channels.
2. Social Media Management
- Create, publish, and optimize engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other assigned digital platforms.
- Develop platform-specific content that improves audience engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
- Ensure timely publishing of content while maintaining consistency with organizational messaging and branding.
3. Marketing Campaign Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and drive digital marketing campaigns supporting fundraising, disaster relief, awareness, advocacy, programs, and organizational events.
- Develop campaign messaging, creative assets, multimedia content, and digital communications to achieve campaign objectives.
- Execute urgent disaster relief and emergency fundraising campaigns with rapid turnaround while maintaining quality and brand standards.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize reach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
4. Brand Consistency & Creative Resources
- Ensure the consistent application of Sewa's brand guidelines across all marketing and communication materials.
- Develop and maintain standardized templates, creative assets, and communication resources for chapters and program teams.
- Create reusable templates for social media, presentations, brochures, event promotions, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Train and support chapter and program teams in effectively using approved templates, branding guidelines, and creative resources to maintain consistent communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Program Teams, Chapter Teams, and leadership to understand communication requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
- Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and execute multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Utilize Meta Business Suite, analytics tools, and AI-powered technologies to improve content performance, workflow efficiency, and audience engagement.
- Research and apply best practices in graphic design, video production, social media marketing, AI tools, and digital marketing to continuously improve creative quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries, templates, project documentation, and creative resources.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, agencies, and other service providers as required.
- Participate in marketing planning, brainstorming, and review meetings, contributing ideas that improve campaign performance and organizational marketing efforts.
- Perform other marketing and communications responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, multimedia production, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, branding, and video editing.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and other graphic design and video editing tools.
- Strong skills in graphic design, branding, typography, layout design, motion graphics, video editing, and visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, platform algorithms, audience engagement techniques, and digital marketing best practices.
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, social media analytics, content scheduling tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML email design and familiarity with Zoho Campaigns or similar email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of the U.S. nonprofit sector and digital marketing landscape, or willingness to quickly learn audience preferences and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond effectively to urgent requirements, and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership, demonstrating initiative in planning and executing work, continuously learning new skills, identifying opportunities for improvement, and proactively working toward achieving assigned goals and monthly targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
