We are looking for a caring, responsible, and qualified School Nurse to provide first aid, basic healthcare, health monitoring, and medical support to students and staff while ensuring a safe and healthy school environment. The ideal candidate should be compassionate, attentive, and capable of responding calmly and effectively to medical situations.
- ANM/ GNM from a recognised institution.
- Valid registration with the State Nursing Council is mandatory.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR will be preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience in a school, hospital, clinic, or similar healthcare setting.
- Previous experience as a School Nurse will be preferred.
- Sound knowledge of first aid, basic emergency care, infection control, and health and safety practices.
- Good understanding of child and adolescent health and wellbeing.
- Experience in maintaining student health records and medical documentation.
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures and basic healthcare protocols.
- Strong first-aid, clinical, and emergency response skills.
- Caring, patient, and compassionate approach towards children..
- Ability to remain calm and respond effectively during emergencies.
- Strong record-keeping and confidentiality skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, teachers, and staff.
