We are looking for a proactive, hands-on leader who takes full ownership of site execution. You must have a problem-solving mindset, bridging the gap between highly detailed architectural designs and practical on-site construction. You should be driven by quality, strict deadlines, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Site Leadership: Take full charge of executing commercial and industrial interior fit-outs from the bare-shell stage to final handover, ensuring zero compromise on the original design vision.
- Architectural Translation: Expertly read, interpret, and execute complex Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, MEP layouts, and intricate interior detailing.
- Civil & Interior Integration: Manage and supervise all necessary preliminary civil construction and modifications (such as blockwork, flooring prep, and structural alignments) required to support high-end interior installations.
- Contractor & Labor Management: Leverage your fluency in Hindi and Tamil to actively direct daily on-site labor and coordinate seamlessly with specialized interior subcontractors (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finishing teams).
- Stringent Quality Control: Conduct rigorous, continuous inspections of raw materials, millwork, and finishing details to ensure they meet the precise standards expected by top-tier architectural firms and corporate clients.
- Schedule & Cost Adherence: Develop micro-schedules, monitor daily site progress to prevent bottlenecks, strictly control material wastage, and ensure the project is delivered on time.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the reliable bridge between the site and the office. Provide clear, professional updates (in English) to corporate clients, the principal design team, and management.
