Key Responsibilities:-
International Voice Support :-
· Handle inbound and outbound international calls
· Communicate effectively with global clients
· Resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy
· Maintain high-quality call standards and customer satisfaction
Education:-
· Any Graduate / Diploma
Experience:-
· 0–3 years in BPO / International Voice Process
· Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
Skills:-
· Strong English communication
· Good listening and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle international customers confidently
· Basic computer knowledge
· Ability to work in night shifts
