We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bulk hiring and team management within the BPO or BFSI industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end bulk hiring activities for various roles.
- Handle recruitment operations and ensure timely closures of positions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, team productivity, and hiring targets.
- Support HR operations and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Maintain recruitment databases and prepare periodic MIS reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in BPO or BFSI industry.
- Experience split: 70% Recruitment and 30% Operations.
- Strong expertise in bulk hiring and manpower planning.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Salary Package: ₹5 LPA – ₹7 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance).
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
