Nyavx is looking for a motivated Business Development / Customer Success Executive to drive new client acquisition and build strong client relationships in the staffing space. The role combines business development responsibilities with customer success ownership, including lead generation, client engagement, staffing coordination, and post-sales follow-up.
Role Summary
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in business development in the staffing industry, along with strong communication and relationship management skills. The role is suited for someone who can identify opportunities, engage clients, understand hiring requirements, and support revenue growth through consistent follow-up and account servicing.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment market.
· Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, networking, and meetings to present Nyavx staffing solutions.
· Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support repeat business and account growth.
· Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate internally to support timely staffing delivery.
· Follow up on proposals, discussions, and closures to ensure a smooth sales cycle and onboarding experience.
· Manage post-sales client communication to improve satisfaction and retention.
· Maintain updated records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM or tracking systems.
· Support commercial discussions, pricing coordination, and closure activities where needed.
· Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the staffing industry.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 1 year of experience in business development in the staffing or recruitment industry.
· Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, or account management.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Good negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building ability.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
· Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Preferred Profile
· Exposure to staffing, recruitment services, or talent solutions selling.
· Comfort in handling both sales and customer success responsibilities.
· Target-oriented approach with a strong focus on closure and client satisfaction.
