Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customs EDI Filing Executive based in New Delhi. The role involves managing and filing Bills of Entry (BOE) and Shipping Bills (SB) using EDI systems, ensuring compliance with customs regulations. Daily responsibilities include handling import and export documentations and EDI filling. Efficient communication with stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations is also a key aspect of this role.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Filing Bill of Entry and Shipping Bills via EDI softwares (working on E-Annex or XLCHA).
- Working on ICEGATE portal.
- Verifying import/export documentation.
- Managing IGM details and shipment records.
- Coordinating with clients for documentations and queries handling.
- Ensuring compliance with CBIC / DGFT guidelines.
