Position: Content & Growth All-Rounder
We are looking for a creative and passionate individual who loves gaming, content creation, and YouTube growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate fresh and engaging gaming content ideas.
- Edit long-form gaming videos and story-based content.
- Create high-quality daily YouTube Shorts and reels.
- Design and optimize thumbnails and titles.
- Manage YouTube SEO, keywords, and channel analytics.
- Monitor channel performance and suggest growth strategies.
- Stay updated on gaming trends and viral content opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to improve audience engagement and subscriber growth.
Requirements
- Passion for gaming and knowledge of popular games.
- Experience in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and analytics.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.
- Good communication skills in both Tamil and English.
- Experience in content creation and Shorts editing is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Thumbnail designing skills (Photoshop/Canva).
- Knowledge of social media content strategies.
- Experience managing or growing YouTube channels.
