Senior Recruiter (Non‑Tech)
Location: Hybrid (1–2 days/month at Saket, New Delhi)

Role overview
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter (Non‑Tech) to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for domestic and international mandates. The role requires strategic sourcing, rigorous candidate assessment, and accountable execution to deliver high-quality hires that support business objectives.
Key responsibilities
· Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-technical roles across India and selected international markets.
· Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X‑Ray search, talent mapping, targeted outreach, and community engagement.
· Conduct structured screening and competency-based interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural contribution.
· Maintain timely, transparent, and professional communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
· Prioritise and manage multiple mandates, switching efficiently between domestic and global assignments as required.
· Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, recruitment metrics, and status reports.
Candidate profile
· 4-5+ years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on non-technical hiring.
· Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to operate to international communication standards.
· Strong research and market-mapping skills; demonstrated experience building pipelines for niche roles.
· Proven ability to deliver independently in a hybrid work environment; highly organised and reliable.
· Prior exposure to global hiring processes and cross-border coordination is advantageous.
