Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Assist customers with broadband, internet, and FTTH service inquiries.
Register and track customer complaints and service requests.
Coordinate with technical teams for fault resolution and service restoration.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
Provide information on plans, packages, billing, and payment details.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
