SEO Executive (AI-First Role)

About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven SEO Executive who can build and scale organic growth from scratch. This is not a traditional SEO role — you will work at the intersection of SEO + AI, focusing on ranking not just on Google but also across AI-driven search platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical, Content)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify content opportunities
- Optimize website structure, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, PR, and link-building strategies
- Improve rankings on AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.)
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Surfer, etc.) to scale SEO workflows and content production
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush
- Stay updated with algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-page & Off-page SEO
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, GSC)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for SEO workflows
- Understanding of LLM SEO / GEO / AEO strategies
- Content strategy knowledge (Topic clusters, E-E-A-T)
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- Fast execution mindset (test, iterate, optimize)
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3+ years of practical SEO experience
- Proven track record of ranking websites
- Experience with AI-based SEO workflows
- Ability to perform technical SEO audits independently
- Understanding of structured data and entity-based SEO
- Up-to-date with latest SEO trends and industry updates
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS
- Experience in SaaS or AI product SEO
- Knowledge of programmatic SEO
- Experience with prompt engineering for automation
- YouTube SEO or Local SEO experience
