Job Summary :
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Officer (Sales & Marketing) to generate new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and promote the company's financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities :
Generate leads through calling, referrals, networking, and digital channels.
Promote financial products and achieve goals.
Conduct client meetings and presentations.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Participate in marketing campaigns and events.
Maintain CRM and daily/weekly sales reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Skills :
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of finance & investment market.
Quick learner
Eligibility :
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
0–3 years of experience; freshers may apply.
Experience in Banking/Finance/Insurance/Stock Market preferred.
Jaipur candidates preferred.
