Position Highlights
Location: Noida – Sector 6
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: MBA in HR preferred
Salary: Based on interview performance and last drawn compensation
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition
- Strong candidate sourcing skills through LinkedIn, job portals & social media
- Excellent communication, coordination & follow-up skills
- Ability to independently manage recruitment pipelines from sourcing to joining
- Strong professional presence and an active LinkedIn / professional network will be an advantage
- Candidates residing in Noida or nearby Delhi locations, preferably within approximately 10 km of our Sector 6 office
- Preference for candidates with recent, consistent and relevant work experience
