We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential and commercial real estate sales, channel partner management, team handling, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales through direct clients and channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate consultants and brokers.
Conduct site visits and client presentations.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare daily sales reports and market feedback.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.
Knowledge of Area is must
Preferably Local candidate from Kharar
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
