Key Responsibilities & Job Description
- Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with modern trade clients (supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains). Act as the primary contact for coordinating supplies and performance reporting.
- Sales & Growth: Achieve sales targets by expanding market share and improving product visibility. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to forecast demand and plan for growth.
- Merchandising & Activation: Plan and execute in-store promotions to increase brand visibility. Ensure proper shelf space and product placement.
- Operations & Logistics: Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing, 100% fill rates, and manage accounts receivable.
- Reporting & Strategy: Provide regular reports on key account performance, sales trends, and inventory levels.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 3-4 years in Modern Trade sales (FMCG sector)
- Skills: Strong negotiating abilities, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel for MIS reporting.
- Approach: Hands-on approach to resolving operational issues.
This role might involve travel within and outside the city.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
