Drawing estimation & AutoCAD Engineer, Excess estimation.
To manage site-level billing, work measurement, quantity verification for MEP project activities, ensuring timely preparation and submission of client bills in line with contractual terms and supporting commercial performance of the project.
Evaluate project drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and rate analyses.
Preparation and submission of client RA bills; verification of subcontractor bills; maintaining measurement records and bill backups.
Proficient level Excel and Ms word.
50% Work in office & 50% work of site visit.
