About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Teacher Coordinator to manage communication and coordination with teachers and schools in the Srinagar region. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating teacher training programs, ensuring smooth execution of sessions, maintaining regular communication with teachers, and sharing timely reports and updates with the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with teachers and schools on a regular basis regarding training programs, schedules, sessions, and activities.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with teachers and school representatives.
- Coordinate and schedule teacher training sessions, workshops, and other educational activities.
- Ensure teachers receive timely information, training materials, schedules, and other required resources.
- Follow up with teachers regarding session attendance, participation, assignments, and training progress.
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure smooth execution of training sessions.
- Maintain updated records of teachers, schools, attendance, training status, and other relevant information.
- Collect feedback from teachers and share key observations with the management/team.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on training activities, teacher participation, progress, and challenges.
- Resolve day-to-day coordination issues and escalate important concerns to the concerned team.
- Coordinate school visits and support the team during on-ground training and educational activities.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-ups with teachers and schools.
- Support the team in implementing new teacher-training initiatives and educational programs.
- Maintain proper documentation and communication records.
- Perform any other coordination-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with teachers, school authorities, and trainers.
- Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of Kashmiri/Urdu will be an added advantage.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ability to manage multiple schools, teachers, and activities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel locally for school visits and training programs.
- Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
