Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Maintenance Executive to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of hospital facilities and equipment. The candidate should have experience in hospital maintenance and be capable of handling day-to-day maintenance activities while ensuring a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of hospital infrastructure.
* Attend and resolve electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil maintenance complaints.
* Carry out minor repair and maintenance work on hospital equipment and utilities.
* Monitor the functioning of DG sets, HVAC systems, water supply systems, and other utilities.
* Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for major repairs and annual maintenance services.
* Ensure uninterrupted functioning of hospital facilities and promptly respond to maintenance emergencies.
* Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and daily work reports.
* Follow hospital safety protocols, infection control practices, and statutory compliance requirements.
* Support departmental activities during audits and inspections.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and work areas.
Requirements
* Minimum 6 months of experience in hospital maintenance.
* ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field preferred.
* Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and civil maintenance.
* Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance calls.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
Salary
Salary will be offered as per experience and hospital norms.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
