- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and technical strategies effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of back-end development including database management and API integration.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across different environments.
Additional Information:
