About the Role
iROHUB Infotech is looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Mentor to train and mentor aspiring digital marketing professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong practical knowledge of SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing strategies, with the ability to deliver hands-on training using live projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on Digital Marketing concepts.
- Train students on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) including On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, Local SEO, and SEO audit techniques.
- Train students on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) using Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
- Conduct hands-on sessions on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), including campaign creation, audience targeting, remarketing, lead generation, and performance optimization.
- Guide students on keyword research, competitor analysis, content marketing, and link-building strategies.
- Teach Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and reporting techniques.
- Mentor students on social media marketing strategies across major platforms.
- Assist students in developing live projects, portfolios, and case studies.
- Conduct assignments, mock interviews, and technical assessments.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and Google algorithm updates.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure quality training and student success.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience in Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Canva, WordPress, and AI-powered marketing tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain concepts with real-time industry examples and live projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–4 years of practical Digital Marketing experience.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching is preferred.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.
