Job Summary
We are hiring a CNC Operator responsible for operating CNC machines, maintaining production quality, and ensuring smooth machining operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CNC turning/milling machines and knowledge of production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines as per production requirements.
- Load and unload materials and components.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth production.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments.
- Adjust machine settings and tool offsets when required.
- Ensure machine cleanliness and preventive maintenance.
- Report production issues and machine abnormalities to supervisors.
- Maintain production and inspection records.
- Follow safety and quality procedures.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CNC machine operations.
- Basic understanding of G-code and machine controls.
- Familiarity with measuring tools and inspection methods.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in manufacturing or machining industry preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
