- Market bench consultants to vendors and clients.
- Identify suitable requirements and submit consultant profiles.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain vendor relationships and consultant databases.
- Track submissions, interviews, and placements regularly.
- Follow up consistently to ensure timely closures.
