About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruitment & Employee Engagement Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities and creating employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and maintain candidate records.
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Support employee wellness and team-building initiatives.
- Maintain employee communication and feedback processes.
- Assist in creating a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate celebrations, recognition programs, and internal activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR activities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
