· CNC& VMC Programming and setting Knowledge.
· Production Monitoring.
· Team handling.
· Plan and supervise daily CNC machining production schedules
· Ensure production targets, deadlines, and output goals are met
· Monitor machine utilization and minimize downtime
· Coordinate workflow between machining, quality, maintenance, and dispatch teams
· Lead CNC & VMC operators, setters, programmers, and helpers
· Assign shifts and machine responsibilities
· Train operators on machine handling, safety, and SOPs
· Monitor employee performance.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
