Job Title: Investment Sales Officer
Job Summary:
The Investment Sales Officer is responsible for identifying and converting potential investors and franchise partners for the company. The role involves handling investor enquiries, explaining franchise business opportunities, conducting presentations, and closing franchise investment deals. The candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and sales-closing skills with a target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:Franchise Investment Sales:
- Promote the company’s franchise and investment opportunities to potential clients.
- Handle inbound and outbound investor enquiries through calls, meetings, and online platforms.
- Explain franchise models, investment plans, ROI, and business opportunities clearly to prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into franchise partners through effective sales closing techniques.
Lead Management:
- Follow up with company-generated leads and investor enquiries regularly.
- Maintain strong communication with potential investors until deal closure.
- Update lead and customer interaction details in CRM/software systems.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with investors and franchise clients.
- Address investor concerns and provide accurate business-related information.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and investor markets.
- Support franchise expansion plans by achieving assigned targets.
- Coordinate with management regarding investor requirements and market feedback.
Reporting:
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Track lead conversion ratios and sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in investment sales, franchise sales, banking sales, business development, or telesales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to confidently explain investment and business opportunities.
- Experience in telecalling and sales closing is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office tools.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English is preferred.
