Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Structural Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Steel and Light Gauge/Cold formed Steel with experience in Wood, Masonry, precast and Concrete structures considered as an added advantage. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of client requirements, the ability to interpret engineering documentation, and proficiency in software and manual calculation, designing structural elements and detailing.
This role involves developing structural models, analysis and design, preparation manual calculation, preparing engineering documentation, and ensuring compliance with international project standards, particularly those followed in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
Software Proficiency
- RISA 3D, RISA CONNECTION, ROBOT STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS/ETABS/STAADPRO, IDEA STATICA, RAM CONNECTION
- SAP 2000, Basics on TEKLA – considered as an added advantage
- ENERCALC/CLEARCALCS considered as an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Understand and interpret client requirements effectively.
- Engineering Documentation: Review and interpret engineering documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Design: Design structural elements for Steel, Light Gauge/Cold formed Steel
- Model Development: Develop detailed structural models using appropriate software.
- Preparation of Engineering Documents: Prepare Design documents, manual calculation, engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure all designs and documentation comply with international standards and norms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering disciplines and project teams to ensure project success.
- Hands-on Experience: Provide hands-on engineering support during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/ Master’s degree in Structural Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant experience in various domains.
- Strong understanding of international project standards (USA,UK, Canada, Australia etc).
- Proficiency in structural design software mentioned.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in the USA,UK, Canada, Australia etc

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
