Job Purpose
To provide administrative and operational support to the sales team by coordinating sales activities, processing orders, maintaining customer records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales personnel, and internal departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Coordination
- Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales presentations.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely execution and delivery.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, stores, and finance departments for order fulfillment.
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and payments.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate resolutions with concerned departments.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales performance against targets and provide updates to management.
- Maintain records of sales orders, invoices, contracts, and customer correspondence.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and management presentations.
Order & Inventory Coordination
- Monitor order processing and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of products.
- Track inventory availability and communicate stock status to the sales team.
- Follow up on pending orders and backorders.
Payment Follow-Up
- Coordinate with customers and the finance team for timely collection of payments.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
- Assist in maintaining customer credit records and payment schedules.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
