Job Title: HR Payroll Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Payroll Executive with 3 years of payroll and HR operations experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, maintaining employee records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll records.
- Calculate salaries, incentives, bonuses, deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labor laws.
- Prepare payroll reports, MIS reports, and salary reconciliation statements.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and compensation.
- Coordinate with the finance team for salary disbursement and payroll accounting.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding documentation.
- Maintain HRIS and employee databases with accurate information.
- Support HR operations, including documentation, policy implementation, and audits.
- Assist with performance appraisal, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives as required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Experience with payroll software and HRMS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Good understanding of labor laws and payroll taxation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in HR payroll and HR operations.
- Certification in Payroll or HR (preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRMS/ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Darwinbox, Keka, or Zoho People.
- Knowledge of payroll audits and statutory reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: ₹20,618.94 - ₹25,910.90 per month
