About the Role
The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all All Blues outlets while maintaining exceptional customer experience, food quality, profitability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across all stores.
- Ensure SOP compliance for service, hygiene, food safety, and quality.
- Monitor store sales, wastage, inventory, and profitability.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, HR, and procurement.
- Recruit, train, and mentor Store Managers and Bluesters.
- Conduct regular store audits.
- Improve customer satisfaction and resolve escalations.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and statutory regulations.
- Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Support new store openings and expansion.
Requirements
- 15-20 years of QSR, café, or restaurant operations experience.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Experience managing multiple outlets preferred.
- Excellent communication and team management.
- Comfortable with MS Excel and reporting tools.
