outdoors helping grow citizen awareness and actions, as well as enabling
schools, offices etc to provide healthier environments for their occupants.
Our Air Quality Monitors are completely made in India, and one of the most
advanced in the market. They have a host of connectivities like WiFi, GSM,
Ethernet, Modbus-RTU, Modbus-IP etc., touch screen displays, long battery
life as well as remote calibration support. Data from our devices can be
viewed in our mobile apps on both iOS and Android as well as on our web
dashboards and TV displays. All our manufacturing and software
development is in-house with a strong team of engineers across embedded,
AI/ML, iOS and android mobile App development as well as full stack
engineers.

Key responsibilities
Strategy and execution: Translate the overall product strategy for air quality
monitors into clear, actionable projects and initiatives, collaborating with
cross-functional teams to drive company objectives. This includes defining
and tracking OKRs or other key performance metrics to monitor progress
and ensure successful execution.
Project management: Lead ‘zero-to-one’ initiatives related to air-quality
monitoring products that span multiple functions—such as launching new
devices, developing strategic partnerships, or driving key internal projects
that do not fall under a single department.
Operations: Help with the day-to-day operations of the business, which can
include everything from marketing and sales to customer acquisition and
process improvement.
Investor relations and fundraising: Support investor reporting and maintain
strong investor relations, contributing to fundraising activities and effectively
communicating progress on air-quality-monitor product initiatives.
Performance and reporting: Track key product and business metrics,
prepare reports on financial performance and other critical indicators, and
support the execution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
Founder's priorities: Manage the founder’s time and priorities by evaluating
and prioritizing events and overseeing key administrative responsibilities to
ensure their focus remains on the most critical matters.

to analyzing and solving complex problems, while taking strong

responsibilities, shifting seamlessly from strategic planning to
addressing urgent, time-sensitive issues.
● Communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate
effectively and build strong, collaborative relationships with
stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
● Leadership and initiative: Ability to take initiative, identify gaps in
existing systems or processes, and drive end-to-end solutions to
address them.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field, with MBA
● Experience 3-5 Years
● Fluent in English- Speaking & Writing
● Hands on Experience with MS office suite
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
