Job Description:
COCO LENI is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Optometrist to join our luxury eyewear retail team in Goa. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of eye testing, spectacle lenses, and experience in handling customers in a retail environment.
Candidates with a passion for luxury retail and premium customer experiences will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
- Perform refraction tests and provide accurate optical prescriptions.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable spectacle lenses and eyewear solutions based on their visual needs.
- Explain lens options, coatings, treatments, and benefits to customers.
- Assist customers in frame selection and styling recommendations.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and premium client experience.
- Handle adjustments, fittings, measurements, and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with store teams to maintain smooth customer journeys.
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with professional standards.
- Stay updated on latest lens technologies and eyewear trends.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Optometry.
- 1–3 years of experience as an Optometrist, preferably in retail eyewear.
- Strong knowledge of spectacle lenses, lens types, coatings, and prescriptions.
- Experience in luxury eyewear / premium retail will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Presentable personality with a customer-first approach.
