Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management processes and how they integrate with business operations.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM to align with organizational needs.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
- Familiarity with data migration, integration, and workflow automation within Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering user-centric software enhancements.
