Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and manage research paper submissions.
* Coordinate with authors, reviewers, and editors during the review process.
* Track manuscript progress and follow up on pending tasks.
* Ensure articles follow journal guidelines and formatting requirements.
Required Skills
* Good written and spoken English.
* Basic knowledge of research papers and academic publishing.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
