· Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the jewellery industry.
· Conduct field visits to meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present software demos.
· Promote and sell jewellery software solutions to retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and client engagement.
· Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.
· Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
· Coordinate with the technical and implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding for clients.
· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM updates regularly.
· Represent the company professionally with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of proven experience in software sales or B2B sales.
· Experience in selling ERP/software solutions (Jewellery domain experience is an added advantage).
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Comfortable with field sales and meeting clients regularly.
· Strong ability to identify lead opportunities and convert them into sales.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
· Basic understanding of software products, business workflows, and customer requirements.
· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and report preparation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
