Job Overview:
As an Engineer I, Agentic Solutions in our AI Engineering (AIE) organization, you will deliver production-grade agentic AI systems and generative models. Here you will:
Help build a first-of-its-kind AI platform at the intersection of finance and responsible automation
Influence the enterprise AI roadmap and technology strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in engineering, compliance, and innovation

Responsibilities:
Develop end-to-end development of agentic AI solutions leveraging AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, ECS/EKS) and open-source orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.)
Build reliable RAG and multi-agent architectures with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, OpenSearch)
Drive model governance — versioning, access control, audit trails, and risk reviews aligned with LPL’s compliance standards
Implement solutions in alignment with cybersecurity, risk, and data governance model usage and policies
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in industry and technology solutions, bringing insights to the team for continuous development of our stack, solutions and ways of working

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field (years experience may apply to cover this requirement)
3+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years delivering ML/AI solutions via AWS
Proven expertise deploying ML and LLM solutions on AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, ECS, Lambda
Deep knowledge of open-source ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers)
Strong experience with MLOps and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes)
AWS certifications preferred
