We’re hiring a Senior Video Editor who understands high-retention YouTube storytelling and can create premium-quality videos similar to channels like Dhruv Rathee, MagnatesMedia, Moon, Jake Tran, Johnny Harris, and other cinematic documentary/business-style creators.
This role is strictly for editors who are obsessed with editing quality, storytelling, pacing, sound design, motion graphics, and audience retention.
If your edits look basic, slow-paced, or template-based — this role is not for you.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in professional video editing
- Strong understanding of YouTube retention editing
- Ability to create cinematic documentary-style videos
- Expertise in:
- Motion Graphics
- Dynamic Transitions
- Sound Design
- Color Grading
- Visual Storytelling
- Advanced Timeline Structuring
- Fast-paced engaging edits
- Should know how to use:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Photoshop (basic)
- AI tools/workflows are a plus
- Must understand how to make videos feel:
- Premium
- Modern
- Engaging
- Viral-worthy
Your Responsibilities
- Edit long-form YouTube videos with high production quality
- Create engaging visual storytelling sequences
- Add cinematic B-roll, motion graphics, subtitles, and sound effects
- Maintain audience retention throughout the video
- Collaborate with scriptwriters & creative team
- Deliver polished final outputs on time
