PACCAR India is looking for a skilled Systems Engineer (Diagnostic Calibration Engineer) to join its dynamic team in Pune. Job Function / Responsibilities:
- Support fault management and diagnostic calibration activities for engine and aftertreatment systems.
- Perform diagnostic validation across HIL, engine, and vehicle test environments.
- Execute OBD calibration activities and validate electrical signals and diagnostic functionality.
- Create and maintain test cases to support diagnostic verification and validation activities.
- Perform fault simulation and diagnostic evaluations using approved technical documentation.
- Analyse diagnostic and field test data to identify issues and support corrective actions.
- Prepare calibration reports, validation summaries, and technical recommendations.
- Support troubleshooting activities during product development and validation phases.
- Perform IUMPR analysis to assess OBD monitor performance and compliance
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Automobile / Electronics Engineering
Required Skills:
Technical / Professional Experience Requirements: 3 to 6 Years
Domain Knowledge: Automotive – Diagnostics and Calibration
Primary Skills: Engine diagnostics, fault management, OBD systems, diagnostic calibration, diagnostic validation, electrical schematics, logic diagrams, fault simulation.
Secondary Skills: Quality Center (ALM-QC), MATLAB/Python Scripting
