Compensation: ₹15,000 fixed + up to ₹5,000 performance-based incentives per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Work Days: 6 days per week
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree completed or in the final year

As a Business Development Associate at Weekday AI, you will be a key contributor to our growth and client acquisition efforts. You will work at the intersection of sales, client engagement, and business strategy, helping us build strong relationships with companies looking to hire exceptional engineering talent.
This is not a passive or observation-based role. You will represent Weekday AI in conversations with prospective clients, help identify business opportunities, contribute to our sales pipeline, and play an important role in creating a seamless client experience.
You will work closely with internal teams and gain direct exposure to the core business operations of a fast-growing, Y Combinator–backed startup. Your work will have a measurable impact on client growth, revenue generation, and the expansion of Weekday AI’s presence in the market.
