Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads
Bing Ads
Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle: strategy, execution, monitoring, optimization, and reporting
Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth while maintaining target CAC, ROAS, and CPL benchmarks
Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently across channels
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies
Build and optimize conversion funnels to improve performance metrics
Analyze campaign data using tools like Microsoft Clarity, GA4, Meta Business Manager, etc.
Develop dashboards and performance reports with actionable insights
Collaborate with creative, content, product, and tech teams for campaign execution
Implement tracking pixels, conversion APIs, and attribution models
Identify new growth opportunities and scaling strategies
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and industry trends
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPL)
Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads & Meta Ads (mandatory)
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools preferred
Hands-on experience with attribution tools and tracking setup
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, forecasting, modeling)
Experience managing monthly budgets (mention range if applicable)
