Job Title: Accounts Executive – E-commerce MIS & Bookkeeping

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage E-commerce MIS reporting, day-to-day accounting activities, and bookkeeping. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth reconciliation of online sales platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce MIS & Reporting:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for E-commerce platforms
- Track sales, returns, commissions, and payment settlements
- Platform-wise reconciliation (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Analyze revenue, margins, and performance trends
- Prepare management reports and dashboards
2. Accounting & Bookkeeping:
- Maintain books of accounts (Purchase, Sales, Expenses, Journal entries)
- Record daily transactions in ERP/Tally
- Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
- Vendor and customer account reconciliation
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trail
3. Receivables & Payables Management:
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up
- Process vendor payments and maintain payable records
- Handle debit notes / credit notes related to E-commerce
4. GST & Compliance Support:
- Assist in GST data preparation (Sales, Purchase, Returns)
- Reconcile GST reports with books and portals
- Support in filing returns and audit requirements
5. Coordination & Process Improvement:
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Logistics)
- Identify discrepancies and resolve issues timely
- Suggest improvements in MIS and reporting systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting and MIS (E-commerce preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel (Advanced Excel preferred)
- Understanding of E-commerce platforms and reconciliation process
- Knowledge of GST and basic taxation
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of data analysis tools or dashboards
- Ability to work under deadlines
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Accuracy of MIS reports
- Timely reconciliation of E-commerce data
- Error-free bookkeeping
- Timely closure of accounts and reports
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
