Job Description
* Supervise and manage daily technical operations at the residential site.
* Monitor MEP systems, equipment, preventive and breakdown maintenance.
* Lead technicians and ensure proper shift allocation and work completion.
* Coordinate with FM, vendors, and clients for technical issues and AMC activities.
* Ensure safety, quality, documentation, and timely closure of work orders.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
