Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage product listing operations across e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate product content, images, specifications, and catalog uploads.
- Expand and optimize product categories to improve customer experience and discoverability.
- Ensure all product listings are accurate, complete, and compliant with platform standards.
- Monitor listing quality, content consistency, and catalog performance.
- Analyze category performance and implement strategies to improve visibility and conversions.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the product listing team to achieve business goals.
- Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Set team KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain high catalog standards.
✅ Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Listing, Catalog Management, Category Development, or E-commerce Merchandising.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or other marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of product catalog management, listing optimization, and data accuracy.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and listing tools.
- Proven experience in team handling, performance management, and KPI achievement.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
